appCodeName property (clientInformation, navigator)

Browser support:
Retrieves the code name of the browser.
All popular browsers return the 'Mozilla' string, because of compatibility reasons. If you need to detect the type of the user's browser, please see the page for Browser detection. This property is read-only.

Possible values:

String that represents the code name of the browser.
Default: this property has no default value.
